Deadline
Posted August 30, 2018
September 1, 2018
Last day MIPRs (or 7600Bs) that have FY18-expiring funding intended to fund incremental work on existing TATs will be accepted.
Note: This excludes funds needed to accomplish award of a new TAT.

Policy Update
Posted Posted July 15, 2018
July 19, 2018
DTIC will no longer accept the payment of the Customer Share Direct Cost (CSDC) fee that is funded with FY 2018 expiring appropriations (e.g. FY 2018 O&M, 17/18 RDT&E, etc.).
- Customers with access to available multi-year funding (i.e., funds that expire after 30 September 2018, e.g. 18/19 RDT&E, No-Year Funds, etc.) must use these nonexpiring funds to pay the CSDC (currently at 1.2%).
- Customers that do NOT have access to non-expiring funds, may fund TAT efforts with expiring funds and the CSDC fee for these customers is waived.
Note: DTIC will return any CSDC received that cannot be accepted in Block 12b of the DD448-2. Please DO NOT send amended DD448s for funds returned in 12b, as DTIC will need to reject them
- Customers funding TAT efforts with appropriations that expire in FY 2019 or later must continue to provide CSDC on all funding documents (Currently at 1.2).
